You can find voter registration information in Chinese (中文), Japanese (日本語), Korean (한국어), Spanish (En Español), Tagalog, and Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt) at the U.S. Election Assistance Commission’s website and use their National Voter Registration Form in those languages.
