If the taxpayer has received notice from the IRS that they sent one or more of the stimulus payments, but the taxpayer never received it, you can file a original or amended return requesting the payment. If you need help filing, call 2-1-1 and ask if appointments are available. Consider contacting the Taxpayer Assistance Center (844) 545-5640 and https://apps.irs.gov/app/office-locator, in order to track the payment.
