Why do I get an error message when trying to borrow an item from hoopla?

This error is triggered when your library card number or PIN has changed. You can login but can't actually borrow anything.
To fix this problem, login to Hoopla and visit SETTINGS--LIBRARY and update the information. This screen is also accessible by clicking the gear icon on the upper right and selecting the "Library" tab.
