I forgot my card number, what should I do?

If you forgot your card number, visit the Library Card portal and select "Update an Existing Card" select "Forgot Card Number". Enter your name and date of birth and you will be sent an email with your card number.
If your email address has changed or you can't access your email speak with a staff member:
- Talking with a librarian via our Live Chat services
- Emailing us
- Calling 816.701.3400
- Visiting one of our library locations in person
