I forgot my PIN. Can I reset it?

Yes! There are several ways to reset your PIN:

  1. Visit the Library Card portal and select "Update an Existing Card." On the next screen, select "Forgot PIN" then input your library card number. Clicking "Send PIN Email" will a reset link to your email. Don't know your library card number? Click here.
  2. If you have a username registered in our catalog, you can use the "Forgot PIN" link on the login page: https://kclibrary.bibliocommons.com/user/forgot
  3. A staff member at any location can always change your PIN in person.
